New Orleans International Airport Program Management

ILSI Engineering and its Joint Venture Partners, Earth Tech, Kenny Construction Co. and Thacker Operating Co. provided program management services from 1995 – 2003.  ILSI Engineering co-managed the eight (8) year $850 million Capital Improvement Program at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.  ILSI Engineering provided planning, design services, program management and construction management services for this program. With 8 years of experience at the airport, ILSI has been responsible for ensuring successful completion of various large-scale projects including construction of three new runways, numerous cargo facilities, substantial terminal and roadway improvements, and a state-of-the-art intermodel facility.
