ILSI Engineering had a $5M IDIQ to provide civil engineering, cost engineering, inspection and construction management services for approximately 127 task orders valued at $400M in construction, for the USACE, New Orleans District.  ILSI was responsible for providing project management, quality assurance, construction safety, and construction management services.  ILSI Engineering provided all management necessary in receiving assignments, planning, training personnel, checking completed work, and reporting results.  Additional services that were required included preparation of cost estimates associated with change orders, scheduling, and submittal management.    All employees were trained and certified in Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors and USACE Safety and Health Requirements.

ILSI Engineering provided Project Management, QA Inspection, and Construction Management services for the following structures as a part of this phase of the project:

• Port Fourchon Rock Jetties
• Restoration of Drainage Pump Stations in Plaquemine, St. Bernard, Jefferson and Orleans Parishes
• Restoration of Lake Pontchartrain Levees
• Raising and Restoring 9-Miles Levees-Mississippi River Levee in Plaquemines Parish
• Rebuilding MRGO, Foreshore Dike,  Levees and Floodgates
• Rebuilding T-Wall Construction, Industrial Canal
• Repair and Rebuilding Floodgates, Pumping Stations and Sheet Pile at 17th Street Canal, London Ave. and Orleans Ave. Canal
• Hydraulic Pump Inspection and Repair
• Construction Management and Inspection, Butte Larose Bank Paving
• St. Charles, Scour Protection Structures
• Restoration of Sheet Pile Levees at Jefferson Paris/St. Charles
• Borrow Pit Management, Port Bienvenu, MS
• Hydraulic and Clam Bucket Dredging on Critical Waterway Channels
