Following the information gathered and reported by ILSI Engineering during Phase I of this $5M IDIQ contract, the USACE requested that ILSI Engineering conduct additional inspections and prepare formal reports for the Instrumentation Evaluation and Damage Assessments on several additional hydraulic structures.

ILSI Engineering provided the personnel, equipment and transportation necessary to conduct the inspections of the civil structures located on levee systems, major rivers, bayous and canals.  The inspections and prepared reports evaluated the safety, stability, operational adequacy and functionality of each of the structures.  The requirements and criteria set forth in the USACE Engineering Manuals for civil structures, safety of dams, hydraulic steel structures, evaluation of fracture critical members, and inspections for pedestrian/roadway access bridges were followed during inspection and reporting.
