ILSI Engineering, as a subconsultant to Perez, provided design engineering services and construction management for this project.   The scope of work for this project included all demolition, civil engineering, structural engineering and construction management tasks required to build the housing development, streets, and utilities including water lines, sewer lines, storm sewer lines, natural gas lines, electric lines, and communication/data lines.  The new Florida Housing Development consists of 26 residential duplex structures and a common park area set on three city blocks.  The development of the site also included the extension of two city streets and required utilities.
