Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Qualified

The project professionals at ILSI Engineering have experience working on projects with various funding sources.  ILSI has worked on projects funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), the Louisiana State Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA), and various tax credits including the New Market Tax Credits, State and Federal Historic Tax Credits, Enterprise Zone Tax Credits, Energy Tax Credits, and Property Assessment Clean Energy Bonds.

Sewerage and Water Board (S&WB)

S&WB: ILSI has had 19 years of continuous work with the Sewerage and Water Board (S&WB) working on over 29 projects. ILSI has been privileged to work on the Drainage, Water and Sewer programs for the S&WB as well as the Southeast Louisiana Flood Control Plan (SELA). ILSI has worked on the Master Water Plan, Sewer Plan and the Water Distribution System Assessment and Hydraulic Model. ILSI also participated in the early 2000s with the S&WB Re-engineering and Optimization Study. ILSI is familiar with the Carrollton and Algiers Water Treatment Plants that are involved in the Water Quality Master Plan. ILSIs staff has deep and intimate knowledge of S&WB, its practices, staff, engineers and deep respect for their continued valiant mission of bringing our antiquated water system into the 21st century.
